1. Eligibility:

   • Returns are accepted for physical products only.

   • Digital media and non-physical products are non-refundable.

2. Timeframe:

   • Customers must notify us of their intention to return a product within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. Condition of Returned Products:

   • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

   • A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise that has been opened or used.

4. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@amayzingadgets.com.

   • Include your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any supporting photographs if applicable.

   • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

5. Refunds:

   • Refunds for products that have not shipped will be processed in 5-7 business days.

   • For products that are returned refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. This can take up to 45 days from date of purchase.

   • The restocking fee for opened items will be deducted from the refund amount.

   • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:

   • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

   • We may require photographic evidence to process a claim.

7. Cancellation:

   • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
